And while obviously that makes a stronger argument, I think it's important to point out that sometimes, some women (just like men) just don't think beforehand.
Women get drunk or take drugs and that can make horny, and that can make them make bad decisions. And I believe that when you wake up in a strange bed with that sinking feeling of realisation of just how stupid you are... you deserve contraception then too!
It shouldn't be about WHY we need it, it should just be that we DO need it, and then we go to get it on our lunch break after we've been to get our hangover-reducing mini cheddars.
Also the Telegraph is awful. Someone brought it into my house the other day and I still haven't got rid of the smell.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5902857965429630827.post-90993664888099195422012-10-19T17:26:11.524-07:002012-10-19T17:26:11.524-07:00You've gone in my 'Politics' folder. It's not that...EEEEEEEUUUUURRRRGGGGHHHHH *barf*
It's not that I expect any better from the Telegraph, but I am so fed up of all the discourse around women's reproductive rights at the moment. And the people who are quoted are the same people who are against comprehensive sex education, thereby creating a society where people are having sex without good access to info about contraception. duh!sianandcrookedribhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00959715300131969670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5902857965429630827.post-56076018166990776622012-10-19T09:13:06.434-07:002012-10-19T09:13:06.434-07:00well said Nat.
